Situated in the land of the northern saints, in beautiful countryside on the borders of Northumberland and County Durham, our Partners at the Minsteracres centre have the ideal location for contemplative retreat on both the spiritual and the natural world.
Places are still available for next week’s retreat: a week at Minsteracres following in the footsteps of the Northern Saints such as Aidan, Cuthbert, Oswald, Hilde and Bede. Find out about their spirituality and motivation, early Celtic spirituality and visit the iconic places where they lived out their faith. Includes visits to Holy Island, Whitby, Bamburgh, Durham and Hadrian’s Wall.
The retreat runs from Monday 22nd — Friday 26th May. All transport is provided, and costs are included in the suggested (but not mandatory) donation of £340.
